Your show runs 24/7. So should the computer behind it.
ELM HUB is installation-grade control hardware: a 3RU rack unit that ENTTEC specifies, builds, configures and tests as one product. It arrives with ENTTEC LED MAPPER (ELM) 2026 and Windows 11 Pro already installed and configured.
Every permanent pixel installation needs a computer behind it, and on most jobs that computer is improvised. Someone picks a workstation, installs the mapping software, works out which network card to trust, and hopes it survives five years in a rack in a plant room. When it fails, it is nobody's product and everybody's problem.
ELM HUB is that machine, sold as a product. Its compute, graphics and networking are matched to ELM's full feature set, the chassis is rated for continuous unattended operation from 0°C to 50°C, and it carries a 3-year return-to-base warranty from the same company that makes the software, the gateways and the pixel controllers downstream of it.
ELM HUB is supplied on enquiry rather than from stock. An order is two lines: the unit (SKU 70700) and an ELM license for the universe count your project needs. Use Contact an Expert above and we will confirm the current build sheet, the licensing and the lead time.

Specified for the mapping software at full stretch
Compute, graphics and networking are matched to ELM's complete feature set, so the ceiling you plan against is the software's and not the machine's: 3D mapping, multi-layer HD video playback and generative effects, all running at once, up to 32,768 universes per output protocol. A 1TB internal SSD holds the media library and show files, so playback never depends on a network share staying up.
Rack mount, built for continuous duty
3RU and 19-inch rack mount compatible, with the mounting ears fitted. A steel and aluminium chassis keeps the unit at 8.35 kg without giving up robustness, and dual ventilation paths hold thermal headroom at ambient temperatures up to 50°C. It is rated for continuous, unattended operation, so it can live in a plant room, a comms cupboard or a touring rack and run around the clock.
Two 10 Gigabit networks, kept apart
Two independently addressable 10 Gigabit adaptors on locking Ethercon connectors, at 10 Gb/s per port. Control traffic sits on one network and the pixel data backbone on the other, so a busy building network cannot interfere with the show.
Status on the front, displays on the back
A built-in front monitor gives an at-a-glance view of software and network status without opening a rack door, and two front-panel USB 3.0 ports take a keyboard and mouse for configuration, so a first setup happens at the front of the rack. Three Mini DisplayPort outputs on the rear drive up to three external displays when a full working screen is needed.
International compliance
This ENTTEC product conforms to the following international compliance and safety standards.
FCC (USA), RCM (Aus/NZ), CE / WEEE (EU), UKCA (UK)
ELM 2026, already installed
ELM is ENTTEC's award-winning pixel mapping and media playback software, and version 2026 comes pre-installed and configured on every ELM HUB. A license unlocks output and is bought separately, so the universe count follows the project rather than the box.
Maps what you have actually built
Vector-based 2D and true 3D pixel mapping. Lay fixtures out on screen the way they sit in the real world, flat or in true 3D, then paint light across them. Shapes can be split into segments and controlled slice by slice, and an LED snapshot exports the layout when it has to be handed on.
-
Shows that move with the music
Audio-reactive Eye Candy locks the rig to a live feed across eight separate audio channels, each with its own volume and high and low frequency control, with ASIO support for a proper sound interface.
-
Plays video, stills and live feeds
HD video files and still images, a live camera feed, or a picture pulled straight off another computer on the network over NDI or SPOUT.
-
Runs unattended, or takes orders
More than 100 generative effects, a built-in scheduler, DMX control from a lighting desk, and a remote API that drives ELM from an iPad through apps such as TouchOSC.
-
Feeds the rest of the ENTTEC rig
Art-Net, sACN or KiNET out, with ArtSync and sACN sync. Any ENTTEC gateway or pixel controller picks it up: Storm 10, Pixelator Mini Mk2, PLink Injectors.
