Set against the iconic silhouette of the Burj Al Arab, the Dubai Holding Headquarters stands as a symbol of ambition and innovation. Since relocating from Emirates Towers in 2017, this government-owned campus has embraced sustainable design and employee-centric spaces.

When it came time to elevate its nighttime presence, a bold lighting solution was essential.

ENTTEC, in partnership with BMTC, reimagined the building’s long horizontal façade—replacing outdated Neon Flex with a cutting-edge, pixel-controlled system.

The result is a dynamic display that transforms the façade into a living canvas, capable of adapting in real-time to reflect Dubai Holding’s identity and spirit.

Beyond the hardware, ENTTEC provided in-depth training to BMTC’s engineering team—ensuring confident navigation through complex layouts, pixel loop calibration, and seamless implementation.

As night falls on Umm Suqeim Road, the headquarters doesn’t just glow—it communicates vision. This project showcases how strategic lighting can transform architecture and create standout landmarks across the UAE skyline.
