Masterful LED mapping @ Shôko, Barcelona
If Miles Morales is Spider-Man, then Spanish lighting engineer Màxim Morales might just be Superman, if the visual displays he puts on night after night at Barcelona hotspot Shôko are anything to go by.
Overlooking the iconic Platja del Somorrostro, Shôko was recently named the 7th best nightclub in the world by the International Nightlife Association, and it’s not hard to see why when you have a young programmer as talented as Màxim working alongside top DJs to operate the venue’s stunning light fixtures.
His lighting control software of choice is, of course, ENTTEC LED Mapper (ELM), which he runs using Art-Net through an Avolites console.
He’s also just got his hands on an ENTTEC DMX USB Pro, so we’re looking forward to seeing what kind of fun he can have with that.
